WLA is a good one because I used to own some several months ago. All this thing does is move nominally between $70 and $80 with no real hope that I see of a breakout above $80. Its best to buy at $71 to $73 and sell it at $77 to $79. Its failed $77 last two tries recently so looks to me like its back to $71 to $72.

BIAN. There's nothing to go on TA wise so you have to look at things like the stock's float and who controls it, shares outstanding and real prospects for hot news during 1999 that will move its price. Do they make money or do they REALLY have a great business plan/model with good management.
