In the food & beverage sector, Ross announced agreements with CFP Group, Inc., LaJijonenca, CB S.A., Giumarra Vineyards Corporation and The Milnot Company.
The CFP Group licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. The CFP Group operates Quality Foods and CFP Holdings (Custom Food Products). It is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of value added meat and poultry products to the food service industry and manufacturers of packaged goods. Customers included Chief America, Arby's and Subway. CFP is located in Montebello, California.
La Jijonenca of Jijona, Spain also licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. La Jijonenca produces a number of specialty nougat products including nougat cakes, almond brittle, marzipan, chocolate nougats and various baked goods.
CB S.A., a producer of dairy products, licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. CB is located in Corbas, France. Giumarra Vineyards Corporation, one of the world's largest vineyards, also expanded its license with Ross.
The Milnot Company increased its license for Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Milnot is a privately held manufacturer of canned milk products, baby foods, salsa products and chili. They are located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Pharmaceutical/Chemical Activity
In the pharmaceutical/chemical sector, Ross announced agreements with R&D Systems, Laboratorios Menarini, Stryker Biotech, Fil-Tec, Inc., Olin and UCB Pharma.
R&D Systems of Minneapolis, Minnesota licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. R&D Systems develops and manufactures kits to identify proteins and antibodies and hematology calibrators and controls used primarily in the medical research community.
Spanish pharmaceutical company, Laboratorios Menarini, licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System, as well. Laboratorios Menarini is located in Badalona, Spain and provides support for the continuing education of healthcare professionals as well as pharmaceutical products.
Stryker Biotech also licensed the Renaissance CS ERP System. Stryker Biotech is a subsidiary of Stryker Corporation located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Fil-Tec, Inc. of Hagerstown, Maryland licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Fil-Tec manufactures thread and sideless bobbins, engineered yarns, gaskets and wicks for industrial and commercial applications.
Olin SA in Corbas, France also licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Olin manufactures adhesive products including glue and mastic.
In addition, Belgium based pharmaceutical manufacturer UCB Pharma expanded its license for Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System.
Other Process Manufacturing Activity
Australian based Boral Windows licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Boral Windows is a subsidiary of Boral Building and Construction Materials.
Altair Quebecor, in Madrid Spain, expanded its license for Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Altair Quebecor is one of the largest printers of magazines and advertising brochures in Spain. The company is a subsidiary of Quebecor Printing Europe.
Public Sector & Utilities
Outside of the process manufacturing market, Ross Systems announced a number of new agreements. EPCOR Utilities, Inc. licensed Ross' Renaissance CS Human Resource System. EPCOR Utilities owns Edmonton Power, a power utility that provides generation and transmission services to Alberta and distribution services to 250,000 customers in Edmonton; Aqualta, a water treatment, management, development and distribution company; and Eltec, a leading commercial electrical services company.
Bahamas Telecommunications Corporation licensed Ross' Renaissance CS Human Resource Applications. Batelco is located Nassau, The Bahamas.
The City of Toledo also expanded its license for Ross' Renaissance CS Financial Applications.
The NSW Lotteries Corporation in New South Wales expanded its license for Renaissance CS. NSW Lotteries is located in Home Bush Bay, Australia. The Atlantic Lottery Corporation in Canada also expanded its license with Ross. The Atlantic Lottery serves the Atlantic Provinces in Canada.
