well pat w., I am a newbie investor. I sat on the sidelines and watched mall and ubid, and I remember how mall went down prior to the ipo. In all fairness, I should say that my price of 35 is not firm. Some people on the boards are touting 45-50 for dbcc and some are saying it is going to remain around 30. Heck, I do not know. I am also a weenie of the first order, but I decided to buy dbcc because I liked the company and because I thought I could make some money. I have learned that I should not be greedy, and if it looks like the price is not going to be above 30, well, I can live with that. I have also considered holding for the long term. Perhaps dbcc will be worth more in the long run. Big Sigh....I set the price of 35 so I had SOME exit point. And I will correct it as necessary. I imagine I have not provided you with a satisfactory answer, but, it is the best I can do, absent a crystal ball, with an internet stock...and as I sit here working on a legal brief.
