I think the slower build up is probably a pretty good sign also. There hasn't been any grand and glorious news, but maybe the significance of the vector is being understood by more folks ... I dropped by for the Christmas party and really enjoyed meeting the families that tag along with the officers of the corp ... must say that they all have very outstanding and impressive families, and I base a lot on that. I know I used to make sure that I met the families of prospective employees and paid a lot of attention to the way they presented themselves also. If a person's spouse didn't appear to stand solidly behind their careers, I wasn't interested in having them work for me. Ah, yes, those were the good old days ... haha. Here's to us all ... Hogger
