Frank, Here is a URL that I worked with....lots there to look at....I have had bullsession for about a little under a year now, and it was just fine for real time quotes...one of the cheapest..but you are looking for level II..Stockedge and Signal Online from DBC are internet based...so they won't fill your needs....dtn real time uses a satellite, as do others....I found that AB Watley and MB trading have real tick level II and III that lessens in cost as you do more trading....they will probably be my next step unless and until a super duper brokerage steps into the picture sometime this year....but these two are only good if you daytrade quite a bit....otherwise the fees are just as expensive as the other ones....
