Banchee: NAVR - Perhaps a gap, we will see. I actually like NAVR better than DBCC. DBCC only owns 36% (I think that is the #) of the Marketwatch IPO and there is a rumor of a CBS buyout in the 20s. That alone causes me to pause. If CBS were to try and takeout DBCC in the 20s that would immediately limit upside to the takeout price, or close to that. I think this highly unlikely because of the upcoming IPO.

NAVR, from what I understand (will be doing more DD tonight) owns NetRadio outright so I could argue for a greater valuation. But this all depends on the Inet sector as a whole, and little else. I am comfortable with the my NAVR and have NO doubt that my avg. price right around this level is very secure....maybe not for the next 2-3 days but when nearing the IPO. The nice thing about NAVR right now is that there are two pieces of news being awaited, the CEO announcement and the IPO. Everyone knows that the second is dependent on the first.

Still should be plenty of trades in it though and like I said before, I am only going to trade it if there is a compelling trade play there.

Good luck
