If there were just sellers, the stock would have been taken much lower by the MMs today. I'd say there was a balance between buyers and sellers.

Is it possible that they are selling and buying to each other on a downward bias, as a group, in order to stave off having to cover because they have already shorted big time??? It only takes 3 or 4 of these MMs, working in concert, to do this...The Level II screen, the tickers, and the Time and Sales tells you clearly who they are, IMHO....
