Split will occur after the TCI deal. Sounds like there will be no tracking stock. I don't know about converting TCI shares to T shares. There are plenty of news releases out there for the reading....

Good question!

My impression is that the split will occur after the TCI deal closes, but whether it will include TCI converted shares will depend on the date of record for the split. T no doubt knows what it intends, but I haven't seen any release of the info.

I don't remember how the conversion was to be structured, but if it was presplit then, of course, converted shares would also qualify for the split
