Insider trades: biz.yahoo.com

Since the bankruptcy plan was consummated October 14, 1998, I presume that all of the insider shares reported as disposed on that date were really just CAWS shares being extinguished. I also believe the initial filings identify two entities (Moore Global Investments and Louis Bacon) with CCAI ownership > 10%. I guess Merrill Lynch must own < 10% of CCAI.

Anyone disagree with my interpretation of this data?
