Its nothing dramatic, I am just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, since the SB2 is on hold I am going to amend the SB-2... removing the 500,000 common shares... restricted private and warrant common shares (when exercised) and filing them in a S-8 so they will be active, registered and ready to roll, for those of you wanting to cash in your warrants and also for those that are holding restricted shares. Since the SB-2 is in a SEC file waiting on approval, its better not to wait and have the common shares on hold also. KAA
