I just pulled a Vector Vest chart. This stock has been rated a solid "Buy" since Oct. 25th @ $7.

<<There is a company called "DRIV", Digital river. Does DRIV do the
same thing as PROG? Prog just serves as a distributor? Like and EGGS? >> Good question,joshi--up to now I have been hearing PROG as
profitable EGGS--but need to define this better, and to compare to DRIV---Good Luck,Max

Digital River has a different and in my opinion a superior business model. They work with various e-tailers to setup what is called an affiliate network. For example, they have recently signed up with Kmart and Walmart to be their exclusive software providers. They also work with their affiliates to build websites that integrate well into the customer's own website. Hence a Walmart shopper shopping for software still thinks he is on Walmart sites.

I believe that the biggest push you will see from DRIV and Beyond.com(BYND) will be in the Electronic Software Delivery(ESD). Who wants to to keep inventory of boxed software to ship? ESD also brings down the cost of software by eliminating the shipping and handling charges. In this low margin business this could have a huge impact on the bottom line.

I am still new to PROG, however, reading thru the press releases it seems that PROG is taking steps to build a network of their own. They recently announced the co-branded stores with javaworld.com and sunworld.com. I think days like these should bring more exposure to the stock. Selling at .27 times the sales just does not make sense.
