Now, I have a question for you. Why do you care about Andre and Pricilla's shares anyway? There have been so many 144 sales it
seems theirs is not material.

Because someone brought up the fact that Donald might have been paid with stock. If it was unregistered it was outside the 504. Why was it outside the 504? Is it only a coincidence that they were in on this investment so early on? Or was it really so early on?
