a bullish observer Curtis, I've e-mailed you once in the past regarding CTI, and since have continued to follow the postings on SI and at the RagingBull. I apologize again if I'm out of line e-mailing you out of the blue, but the drama that is unfolding in CTI's saga is tooooo seductive, and I wanted to pass on a quick thought to someone who may care to entertain it's possibility. Today COII had three SEC filings an SB-2/A, a 424B2, and an 8-A12G, all of which I am sure you already know about. I was curious about the two filings other than the SB-2/A, so I looked up their purpose. To make a long story short the 434B2 filing of the prospectus brings me to the absolute positive conclusion that we are within DAYS of the registration effective date. The reason for my certainty: Using edgar online, I researched the SEC filing records of several unrelated companies leading up to their respective IPO date, or their registration date for new issues, and each time the filing of their prospectus registration came within a week prior to the companies registration effective date!!!! My friend I believe you and the rest us stock holders are in for a great week!! Lucky enough for me, I have had the ability to dollar cost average my first purchase at $1.70 down to $.67, you though I envy at this time because through your posts I've noticed you own a lot more and even for less.
