Possibly, but it's still too iffy for me considering the number of broken deals and the fact that it's such a common practice for penny stocks to issue more shares which they just sell out onto the market therefore diluting the shareholders value. Perhaps it will all work out in the end and if it proves that it will, I'm sure the market will react in a favorable manner, but until then I believe we'll continue to see the situation as it stands now.

Randmiser,

Tom at the Sitrick company told me that the shares will be used for acquitions. Indeed most upstart companies with no money and with what they deem to be a good plan follow this idea. RDIM is in process of doing the very same thing right now.

They (RDIM) have assembled a management team, have letters of intent to purchase various businesses, have hired a PR group that is very good at getting the news out, and are beating the pavement on the potential of the stock in order to get the price up to the point that they can use the stock to purchase these other companies.

Of course, RDIM doesn't have the baggage that ZULU/ESVS has and the above does not imply that ZULU is like RDIM or vice versa.

I do like the fact that ZULU/ESVS has put forth this document. They have not only aired their ideas, goals; but more importantly, their dirty laundry. They could have just buried that soiled heap deeper in the basket.

Maybe there is life here. Time will tell. By the way, I haven't read the entire document yet.

Charles

>>>Aleta it would matter what they did with the new shares. What if it was used for acquisitions or to further the business plan ?<<<

Very, very good point, Randy!

Let's see, if all pans out, we've got ecommerce in retail with 5,000 different products via Brandsforless; we've got ecommerce in sports and entertainment via Top Rank; retail in County Seat; and medicine in PowerX.

I can easily see ZULU beefing up in groceries, electronics, automobiles, (remember AutoTrak is back burner), financials ticket sales and who knows what else?

Forget we not that it's been stressed there will be future acquisitions. You don't think they're doing all of this work in order to keep Jon Tara busy, do you?
