Thats what you would think, no? Although maybe what I was seeing in the tape was market makers accumulating.. its hard to tell because I hear so many crazy things about market makers, conspiracy, 'they', you get the picture- and I dont really subscribe to all of it but I do know from experience that they are NOT idiots, and regardless of what position you have either long term or short term, NAVR is not something you want to short.. stay away from maybe because of the volatility but not short so I cant believe my theory of MM shorting holds here.. even the chart, from just about every t/a perspective says strong.. the close could have been better, but still well above where needs to be. I really need a small break from the market however.. I really find myself letting emotions get the best of me and that can kill you.. Problem is, things are moving so fast, so unpredictably, its unreal.. Trading is difficult enough but internet stocks are redefining the word 'stress'.. We may all be making a ton on internet stocks but you gotta admitt, it DOES take its toll as you sit there and watch tick by tick.. I sold AMZN at 118 the other day and that was 5 minutes in hell holding that.. now look at it!! har har... what is REALLY going to be interesting is to see what DOES happen on monday.. will NAVR start running much in advance of the anticipated announcement over the next few weeks are will people wait? One would assume given Mall, DBCC, etc etc that history would suggest getting in at the bottom.. If internets run on Monday NAVR will open above 15 confirming a run.. if they are weaker, I firmly believe that the money wont completely dry up and we will repeat what happened a few weeks back where the money shifted from the large internets like AMZN, YHOO, and moved into the small guys like OSFT and such.. hey its been a long week.. Im off to play in the newly fallen snow.. I really feel bad about my mood this afternoon, but hey- it adds to the spice of the thread eh? Good luck on monday folks.. hope I at least added SOMEthing to the thread.. (please, dont comment on this..)
