Can't download tonight, says I have to install the new CD. Is the new CD SAFE to install? Or am I going to have problems with some things if I do? Any tips on best way to install?

John

Julius--I was following your suggestions to Claud and got to Item 2. How do you create a new EasyScan name? When I bring up EasyScan and then hit Personal Criteria, there is no way I can see to name the scan. Is there something I am missing? Myron

Julius,

Really appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

One more question.

I copied the entire data base to my hard drive. However, the
program still prompts me to insert CD. I thought by having everything
installed on the hard drive I could avoid this. (Tech support
was going to get back to me on this but that was 10 days ago.)

Any thoughts?

Again, thanks for your kind help.

Claud
