The DHs are trying to talk the markets down without doing anything. I doubt if it will work. It is like parents telling a drunken pre-teen who just also had unsafe sex, "Honey, you are drinking too much and making unwise choices. If you continue to do this, I will not raise your ($200/day) allowance for 3 more months!" -g-
