The 2nd wave is beginning; many 2nd tier companies up + 7-20% today alone.

UFAB + 6%
TBDI + 7%
TMAR + 8%
TCMS + 9%
CDIS + 11%
BWG +13%
HLX +14%
OMNI +23%

Today's action was the sign of a continuation in my opinion. We had WFT up very strong early, the OSX went back & forth, but stayed solid, no one could short the sector down and no major profit taking. That the 2nd tier smaller companies showed such nice gains while the big cap OSX names were ''basing'' here is a very Bullish sign imho.

Also; Bullish Signal #2; was that the totally decimated small cap E&P's also bounced nicely.

WZR + 7%
FEN + 18%
PGEI +14%

Many, many positive signs of this continuing. I think the Fundies will be strong here next week.Lots of cash flowing into the markets. If OPEC announces another round of cuts - it's will be a mad rush of Sector Rotation Money and Short Covering... the big "Mo" will be back... I see the OSX up +10% next week and it being a super ''trading'' enviroment. Looking to catch RON on a dip and play it from $27-8 to $31-2...

...and will next week be ''the'' week for FGI ??? sooner or later...the shorts MUST cover.
