T, Just make sure that the distributions you are counting are not return of capital. But Source did have a run for a while. I remember that, though I don't remember when. General American is actually the top performer of your group for the past 10 years, with a 14.2% return per year. And they have also made some huge distributions over that 10 years, though not nearly as much as the 10% scam Source and others were running. MB
