Yes, you can now sell the CSMA shares and still retain the spinoffs. Your broker should be able to verify that.

Haven't heard any news on any activity.

Peter : Are you saying that you got the shares into your account?

A comment about your assessment of the spinoff shares having no value-they cannot be traded so they have no value-no liquidity.

And they will have no liquidity until they are registered, which will cost $200,000 +. Why would Hk spend 200k that he does not have, when it changes nothing in a positive way for him. He still steals the money and from what you say, he has distributed stock, which as far as he is concerned, satisfies his part of the deal, the armchair lawyer that he is. The only way to bring this sad, pathetic, criminal to justice, is through the SEC enforcement division. I urge everyone to file a complaint @

sec.gov

The more of us that file a complaint, the quicker this will be resolved. I would think that it would work like this. The assets would be liquidated and distributed to us the owners. HK et al would get nothing, so we would get 100% of the assets, and he and his cronies would go to the slammer.

File the complaint. It takes 2 minutes. Stand up for yourself!

I'm tired of this ripoff crap!
