Now I'm confused. Does Tom have float mixed up with total outstanding? If not what is the total outstanding?

Hey Frank I know you do not want to hear this but here goes anyway. Everybody has been wondering where all these cheap shares have been coming from. I told you weeks ago they were coming from the company and that at that time there were more shares out than you had been told. This e-mail also eludes to the fact that there will be more dilution and that it will be made public soon. "any differences outside of these areas is likely to be made public very soon" I know several people in the Beverage industry that will tell you that five distributors is not nearly enough to get stores to sign on for your product. Nestle's recently cancelled an entire product line because they could not get more than 40 some distributors and that was simply not enough. A good product may be able to overcome some obstacles but IMO with the current management more obstacles will be created than torn down. There seems to be a distinct and clear history of falsehoods going all the way back to the beginning of this company. I do not want to create ill will and I know alot of you believe in this company. I TRULY would like to see you all make millions on this company, Personally though I do not see it happening great product or not. Best of luck!

Frank: Thanks for sharing your mail from TG with us. It saves Tom from having to answer the same type of questions over and over to numerous individuals. Since you have already established a continuing dialog with TG, would you care to become the threads question and answer man. Questions to TG could be posed to you for passing on to TG. Responses could come back to you for dissemination to all on SI. If TG is comfortable with this, it could reduce some of TG's time on the phone with the rest of us? It is nice to hear directly from the company and all should do their own DD, but when you can streamline for the benefit of all ... RADAR
