Bruce, Terrence/Galt (and I'm not sure precisely where the interface lies) at least express thoughts that are recognizably their own. I am not overly patient with the habit of cutting long rants from fringe websites and pasting them here. Any post that takes longer to read than it does to create is suspect. Discussions here don't specifically require references, but intelligent discussion anywhere requires that contentions be supported by either an arguable chain of logic or a credible reference. This has led to some amusing moments here - were you around when Emile started preaching on the abuses of the Jews in revolutionary Russia, only to find that a fellow occupant of the thread had a PhD in Russian history? If you're going to talk about what you think, you have to be ready to say why you think it. If the only thing you can come up with is to point at someone else and say "because he thinks it, you can't expect to be taken very seriously. I could say the same about people who point to a book, but probably shouldn't. Steve
