All I can add at this moment is that we are awaiting a reply to some correspondence with MAC and the TD Bank. Meetings are face to face with our representative in Mongolia. Any changes/updates will be disclosed.

Phil, in reading Dave's reply to your question, a comment.

I'am glad Dave did not use any adjective words to discribe how
the talks are going. In the past when words like tough, hard, difficult
and determined were used, more often than not talks were knowned by all
sides to be hopeless with no compromise or agreeable solution possible.

I'am sure that words like tough, hard, difficult and determined can be
used to describe the present talks, but when all sides have an understanding
that a reasonable settlement will be reached, then a "no comment" type reply
to someone asking for a status report, to me, says that things have already
been accomplished, but until all have been resolved there will be no status
given to the public. Some things already agreed on are possible to be changed
or modified to accommodate other issues.

So hopefully this time will be the last time Dave has to spend time on getting
the MAC issue resolved, and if so, then it will be get the gold time.
