Bob, it might go up or down...but it will be in sinch with the Russell 2000...if not exactly on a day to day basis, at least on a week to week basis. APCO's new found strengh is in correlation to the new strengh in the small caps. Specifically related to APCO, we're coming up on earnings and maybe a nice gift wrapped news announcement to go with it. Amigo Sergio

No doubt APCO has surprised me before but I don't think we are going to see $10 again anytime soon barring un forseen news. Recently when it has dropped below 10 7/8 it has not stayed very long. Last conversation I had with the company theyw ere very pleased with last quarters numbers. I also have a hunch that they were pleasently surprised with the results from Allstate and Banc One. It appears Allstate is very committed to their arrangement. We will see. Cary
