If you can Dennis Miller on HBO had an interesting rant on how Jefferson would react to th relevancy of the Constituition today had he come back and been provided a lap top computer and a flight on the Concord to Paris. Bottom line was " you morons could update this thing to fit the times you know, geez it's only been a couple hundred years, get on with it". BTW Stern on his California show will be advertising Aqua Vie beverages one of my holdings. Remember what he did for Snapple and this stuff is better
