I'm doing research on KLOC at the moment. I wonder if anyone here can help me with my questions? 1) Looking at KLOC Press Release on Dec 23, 1998: "Kushner-Locke Sells Shares of Common Stock for $6 Million in a Private Placement", the company sold 1,200,000 of its common stock to private party. Are those shares account for with the current outstanding shares of 9.21M and Floating shares of 7.80M??? If not, when will those shares dilute to the o.s? 2) What are the conversion for KLOCZ? Expiration date? Strike price? Callable at what price? Thanks in advance.
