CBRL and JNY are a tad interesting

Jurgis. Thanks for saying that. I took a quick glance at the JNY numbers and it is interesting. I'll have to ask my wife what she thinks of their clothes because I can't guage that portion of their business. Do you have an interest here?

I'm not really interested in Cracker Barrel (although they are in the process of buying one my favorite restaurant companies -Logan's Roadhouse - ).

Jones Apparel - JNY is up 15% today.

Sony Corp. - SNE is a 800 lb gorilla and a overlooked internet play, especially next year when the Playstation 2 replaces the WEB TV and the PC and all the internet / walkman / PC / TV / stereo / camera / holograffic / IMAX / expresso devices come out, and when the Victoria Secret movie / video / DVD / game comes out.

Wouldn't be suprised if a new device by SNE or SGI or INTC or AAPL take a large percentage of the market away from DELL, CPQ, and the other box makers who don't do anything but plug a couple boards in place and charge you double.

Even new operating system from Red Hat or Linux designers with free source code could hurt MSFT. Even an 800 lb gorilla can be in danger of becoming extinct.
