Vendors hail "amazing" Expo

via MacWeek

>"Macworld Expo in New York last July was dismal," said Eric Ullman, an
account executive for Dantz Development Corp. "And a year ago [in
San Francisco], the mood was gloom and doom. But this year, the
energy is amazing -- attendance and sales are terrific.

"Between Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon, we sold out the
Retrospect 4.1 software we brought, as well as a package with
bundled software," Ullman said. "This Expo is eight times better than
last year."<

Interesting. Will it get to 55 by Friday, though? --Linda

Looks like its basing at 45 and preparing for another shot at 47...I'd say we could take out 50 next week.

David,
what do you think price will do around earnings announcement next week?

Let's say I want to take some money off the table about now, anticipating an earnings effect just like the last few times.
Should I:
a) sell just before? (assume prior pattern holds, beat the crowd)
b) sell shortly into the next morning? (expect a small peak before the selloff)
c) not sell at all (earnings so strong)?

TIA for your perspective.
