*****Anthony, anybody with any common sense knows that there are two sides to every story. But, you know what? - I don't need to hear your side, because I trust and respect you and I believe that most of the
other posters here do as well. And I know that when I want to short a stock, I know that you are the expert on SI.

BTW, I just read on Yahoo message board that NITE warned at 8:10 EST. What have you heard?!

I had an all-time profit record today - 3rd day in a row that I've set a new record for myself! What a week for going long! I'll wait my NITE and AVNT shorts out.

A question about shorting. If you short a stock and the company goes under and the stock becomes worthless (is cancelled or has a value of 0), do you ever have to cover your short position?

You've got to check out this article from TSC on the NITE, and the end of the lockup period. Anthony, as usual, you are on-top of your stuff.

BTW, strong correlation between the start of the afternoon selloff and the time this article was published.

Enjoy!
