Frank, Why is it when I attempt to post a nice, cautionary statement THAT IS BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I get labeled as someone trying to make trouble. I just don't understand it. Is it the way I phrased it?? Did I forget to sugar-coat it and bless you for your well meaning efforts?? Are you naturally so defensive when someone attempts to offer you advice, especially advice that is non-admonishing, but for your own protection as well as that of our mutual investment?? Geezus!!!!
