How can such a shift of only a few votes from each side to the other in the Senate be termed "bipartisan"...

FYI, the Senate has 100 seats while the House has 435 seats. So, 3 or 4 seats in the Senate is about equivalent to 13 to 17 seats in the House. For the two articles of impeachment that were passed, how many Republicans voted against the articles in the House? Go find out for yourself.
