Yes we have seen this story for the last 200+ points of profit. SI reminds of it every week. I Think it's funny, last year Cramer was long on YHOO and was always on CNBC justifying his position. A couple of days ago we read an article on thestreet.com where he no longer has his long position on YHOO. Cramer probably turned around and shorted the stock and is now feeling the short squeeze and tried to use this well know story to bail him out, like the bears on this thread do all the time.

Good Luck

Dave, Don't you think this is already factored into the price ? Two months back this may have affected the price. The news leaked out quite some time back, but no one cared.

Do you suppose it will have an impact now ? What do people think ?

Is there any significance to companies which ZD has an investment interest in using YHOO to advertise on the web? What if the same companies (Etrade was the only one mentioned) used YHOO anyway with or without ZD as a shareholder??? I really don't see what the big deal is.
