jonj,
Still here . . . still holding a very large position in TSSW. My take on the news is similar to yours. Although I was not expecting it, I am not surprise:

1) Company is selling below its book value and cash and investment on hand.
2) TSSW has a net loss carry forward that could be used to offset future gains from a profitable company.
3) This deal will increase the book value . . . increase revenues and help move TSSW into the black soon. I am waiting to see the financial numbers of the new company.
4) I also like the fact that the largest shareholder will be running the company. . . company benefits . . . stock moves up. . . he benefits as a shareholder . . . we benefit.

** Still expecting some other news.
