Max, the second part....the part that starts with "We are finally starting coverage of this Wall Street sweetheart..." is not the Three Amigos talking. That's Investor's Alley, not us. Elsewhere on their site, Investor's Alley posted the Amigo's initial report on IFLY. You are wrong in confusing the two as one and the same. Investor's Alley may be connected to Simarx, but the Three Amigos are not. Hope that clears up your confusion....and also I want to add that I do not have any complaints about Simarx...you do. This is the IFLY thread. I'm well aware that there are other stocks. Max, you are a puppy in a jungle. I don't want to demean you or harm you in any way although at times, you are begging for it. Don't be anyone's pawn because you don't have anything to do while you are waiting for the stock market to crash so that you can buy everything at a discount or whatever your present strategy is. Max: turn off CNBC. Stop reading the Yahoo boards. Forget about getting even with Simarx for whatever it is you don't like about him. He's entitled to his opinion and he hasn't insulted anyone in making his opinion known. Start reading about things like what a warrant is and other information that you will need to know in order to make your own educated opinions. Ah Max, Now I understand what you are referring too. Investors Alley has no affiliation with the Amigos. Simarx has a relationship with Investors Alley and comments regarding Simarx's position in IFLY are those of the writers on Investors Alley. Investors Alley made mention of the Amigo report on there website..... we did not provide it to them. They asked to mention it. The websites for which we publish are listed in the header of the Amigo Thread. As far as Auric goes, he hasn't done anything here except place enough doubt in the minds of potential investors. Unfortunately IFLY posted news of the website on the evening before a long weekend and all of a sudden Auric shows up out of nowhere. Almost perfectly orchestrated bashing the whole weekend. Auric has proof of nothing. And posting Form 144 filings from 6-8 months ago and magically finding all these warrants. Guess what ...... we and everyone else have been trading those warrants for two months. They've always been there. Nothing hidden. Auric is taking advantage of people that haven't done there homework making it sound like there's a bunch of shifty things going on. Simply not the case. And then Auric accusing us of being paid touts. Max, you've been a valued member of the Amigo thread for some time and you know our style. I am surprised how quickly you were turned. We are not and never have been pump and dump. I think there are more than 2 years worth of postings to prove that. And Auric keeping score with the Amigos .... what a joke. People could have purchased warrants for around $2 when the first Amigo report came out and then sold them for 350+%. Amigos - $$$$$$ .... Auric - well we'll just call him an opportunist. Anyway, I have no beef with you Max. You just made a boo boo on who was posting what. Amigo Mike
