Art, I always take pronouncements of people who work for brokerage houses with a grain of salt. They are usually promoting their own agendas or covering their derrieres. If Cohen were sending a careful message to her clients to exit the market, she would drop her allocation by a miserable 2% so as not to roil the market, and thus give her clients a chance to get out at the top. Although Prechter has not covered himself with glory in recent times, his analysis of Elliott Wave Theory points to the present Dow level as being a major top. However, HEC and SEV are in an entirely different category of investment. Speculative plays with these stocks can be profitable. Bill McE
