Chris, it depends what you bought the warrant at, no? if I bought the warrant at $10.00 and the common was at $10.00 on the very last possible day for conversion, I'd be pretty hard pressed to justify forking over another 5.75 for a $10.00 item that I would now be in for $15.75. I'm talking about this group of folks, in particular. Remember, warrant buyers buy warrants for leverage; leverage is for all kinds of folks: folks with mega bucks, sure, but also folks with allocation restraints ( uh, like moi ) who, though willing to convert, only will convert if it is profitible at the instant of conversion. Because they have capital restraints they plumb may not be able to convert cause of lack of funds and couldn't possibly do so staring at an immediate loss. They'd have sold out pretty close to conversion time already. If that's the case AMEN gets nada for their coffers ( someone please confirm that or argue that point ). THAT IS WHY this full bore effort is taking place right now, imo, to do 2 things at once: 1. To finally grab the gold ring, mantle of leadership in this niche sector with an alliance with Kingmakers' AOL and AMZN. They, imo, are already there but this alliance would shut the books forever on the question. Remember Jesus.com is a couple o' months away from a debut. Word is that there is monster dollars and backers for this IPO. An alliance with the ATEAM, imo, would throw such a wet blanket on that ipo that it may never even get the chance to see the light of day. Imagine analysts making comparisons with an AMEN that is allied with AOL and AMZN and an ipo way late out of the gate that, for all intents and purposes takes you on virtual tours to the HolyLand--nice but what else do ya got for me? I don't know, Chris, but it seems to me that wouldn't take AMEN much bucks to replicate...but here, I'm going off on a tangent..... 2. As I've mentioned before, the purported linkage with the ATEAM--if it does take place will bring AMEN, imo, to a much higher level than we have today ( $8 and 13.50 )...enough to make it worthwhile for all those warrant holders who bought in at higher levels to convert to the common. By then AMEN would, imo, be at a very, very solid platform for much higher highs. L
