Stephen,Shouldn't the independents like FNET etc,be able to come out blazing and grab a big part of the market??What about the Administration saying that they had hope for a more pronounced expansion in 98.This would indicate to me they would not want to stifile the competion,but foster it along further.The FCC will likly back off as did the DOJ regarding TCI.
