Maybe its part of the old stock that was never sold off before the bankruptcy??? That would mean it would have to have a huge shelf life to be sold after that long period of time.

The stuff in the 99cent stores is fromn when they were in business years ago. In other words, it is old and of different Aqua Vie vintage. Good luck in your capitalist adventure.
