Okay...since you say all these are connected and put together by the same group of people" LCSG, SRAD, WINA ININ GNEN
then any potential investor should review all those stocks and the company (ies) that developed them?? Check the threads on each, and get the names of partners/related companies off the website.

I looked into the merger partner, SRAD, once Rose International, once Struthers, once tied to NexTech, Rose Color, SPS, Proactive
Technologies, Reconversion Technologies and JBW.

nasdr.com go there and check out each of these names
Richard Singer
G. David Gordon
Joel Holt
Richard Clark

Daryn, can you suggest some of the other members we can check out?

thanks......

BTW: being an Amazon Associate just means you can build your own little bookstore...on your site...(everyone can pretty much do this..it is not a big deal to be "accepted:) but the name "AMAZON" is a good hype...these days

Kat you do have a lot to learn.. most penny stock companies have no intention of making a "go" of it, they exist for no other purpose than to sell stock. Insiders own millions of shares and they sell off into any runs, then they short it and then they hype it.. etc.. There are companies such as ADVR who have been doing it for years and years.. no products, no services.. just carrots dangling in the air. Best to take your money and run when you find out that things are not as you first thought, IMO.

I have received a copy of Mr. Singer's public disclosure record. However, I have decided not to post it on SI. Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of the NASDR disclosure may do so at

nasdr.com

Click "About Your Broker," then "Perform an Online Search," then follow the prompts and provide the info. At the search page request "Richard Singer" and type in "Global" for the name of the brokerage firm. To get the disciplinary/regulatory portion of the report, click "Deliver Report" and fill out the questionnaire. You should receive an e-mail from nasdr within a week.

You will receive considerably more information if you request a copy of the public disclosure from your state securities division. For phone numbers and links, go to

nasaa.org

BTW I'm mystified as to why the nasaa link doesn't seem to work on SI. This happened the last time I posted it as well. You may have to type it in...or just go to the site and follow the links for contacting your state securities regulator. Part of their site isn't working at the moment; that's the reason for the "Default" in the URL and possibly the reason that the link doesn't work.

If you call your state or send an e-mail, ask for the "CRD" for Richard V. Singer II. CRD stands for "Central Registration Depository:" it is the data base for brokers and brokerage firms that is shared by NASDR and the state securities regulators. Many states charge a small fee for sending a CRD; however, they may waive it under certain conditions. Ask them what the fee is and if there are any conditions under which it may be waived for an individual investor. Most states will mail you the CRD and send you an invoice with the CRD

Thanks. I am not aware of any connection between these companies. I will check.
