You've got 3 years of audited financials for each company which will ammount to 100k. S-18's have to be filed for each at a minimum of 50k each if they are approved on the first submittal. They will not be as we all know because of the Cronies involved. So I would say a minimum of 300k and I do not think that the SEC will approve the S-18's. Our only recourse is to file a complaint with the Sec @ sec.gov this only takes 2 minutes and as we all know, the more that we complain, the more attention we will get. File the complaint, because that is our only chance.
