ANTX Shareholders,

Spoke to the CEO, Dr. Vic this week. He is frustrated with the late trial news (Campy and H-pylori) but is confident that all is well. They did receive the PM $500,000 in December. The capital restructuring (Blair warrants and options) was thought to be at a good price of $0.87 cents at the time. The treasury shares are a paper loss in the third quarter because they now have a price of $0.87 and the value at the time of the report in September
was around $0.35. All this does for us is reduce the possible dilution by the treasury share amount of about 3.4 million. I asked why the stock has been so depressed. He feels the late trial news doesn't help and the fact that ANTX is not listed makes it a Market Makers nightmare. This and valid analyst coverage is lacking. That's why they are trying so hard to get listed, however no way they will reverse at this price. I said "No Kidding."
So we are just waiting. With all the mania in the Internet stocks, biotechs, especially small ones, are not a hot or interesting play right now. Too much activity in listed stocks. I feel we will have to wait out our time. Also, end of year stock selling losses did not help the stock in the last two months or so. Frustrating indeed, but I can't think that ANTX deserves better than a one dollar price tag. Oh yea, he did say that SmithKline is
still very supportive but they have not announced their budget...so the funding is not out yet. This is my biggest concern. Once the funding is announced I think the stock should rise sharply.

Regards, Rip
