Since Zeev did the PROG vs. EGGS comparison, both PROG and EGGS market caps. have increased.

Now EGGS has a market cap. of $540 million vs. PROG's $75 million. Thus EGGS market cap is now only 7.2 X PROG's. I think when Zeev did the comparison, it was closer to 8.

I guess it's the same as comp-stores for brick & mortar. Revenue is first to spot. Costs can be "planned" to some extent. Anyway, forget EPS for an e-biz stock, that's my personal belief. If the company is profitable it's even better. If not, doesn't hurt much, either. Ratio to look at is PSR (Price to Sales). Here t's around 0.40. Which is ultra-cheap for e-biz. Reason: PSR is a current indicator, PE and EPS trends are lagging because sales move prior to earnings..
