That was a hot topic a couple of months ago.
I didn't jump on it. It didn't excite me, but I think someone made some short term.

Dawg, I beleive both MANU and BAANF will be good LT holds over the next 18-24 months, I have traded both recently off there lows ro reap some of the "January effect" on both of them. My short-term concern with both of them, (as well as PSFT, JDEC, SAP, and other like companies ) is that they sell BIG, EXPENSIVE and difficult to install systems. My gut feeling is that a lot of companies are going to be reluctant to start the implemenation of any of these systems if it can't be 100% completed, debugged and tested by mid-1999. No one wants to be in the middle of a big enterprise wide application rollout when 1/1/1900 strikes <g>. I think I will pick up some of these stocks in mid to late 1999, and lookup for a serious return to profitability in 2000.

Just my two cents. I have been wrong before.
