Thanks for the analysis, Ed. My guess, of course, has nothing to do with TA ( I know little about it) but rather springs from some optimism that they can show a bit of growth sometime this year and thus work their way into the 3s. And my second guess is that if there is a more explosive story to tell in time,it will come quite a bit later ( 2000) rather than sooner. But I certainly do not know for certain....
