Great link, Leslie; why didn't I think of that? Now that I've look into the horse's mouth (yuch) and seen that the pricing date is still 1/14, I will have a "relaxed" weekend.

IPO SLATED FOR NEXT WEEK....DLJ

Data BroadcastingDBCC.O shares jump about 33 pct
NEW YORK, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Shares of Data Broadcasting
jumped about 33 percent amid excitement over the initial public
offering of Marketwatch.com Inc., which is slated for next
week, and the Internet frenzy sweeping through the market.
The stock was last trading at 26-7/16, up 6-9/16 on the
day.
Analysts said the information provider's stock has been
climbing amid the buzz of online business information service
provider Marketwatch.com's IPO. It is offering 2.75 million
shares through lead underwriter BT Alex Brown, and the shares
are expected to price between $10 to $12.
The company was formed in a joint venture between Data
Broadcasting and CBS Corp.CBS.N. Marketwatch.com's IPO is
expected to be a successful one largely because it has CBS as a
marketing tool and Data Broadcasting's technological
infrastructure.
In mid December, the stock was trading at 8-1/2 and has
more than tripled since then.
