Hi Wendy, Thanks for posting that first link....I take it you are an NSOL investor. To put it very short, the reason for all of the excitement is this: "Dr. Bean provides real time, online, interactive customer service on the Internet." ....nobody else can do that right now, and there are a lot of people, including myself, who believe that any company doing business on the internet will need this software. I'd go into details, but I'd probably foul it up somehow<g>. So instead, I'll post a link that should give you the full picture: www.hotnotions.com When you get there it will ask you to become a member...no biggy, and you don't have to offer any extremely personal info. Afterwards, you will be allowed to enter the hotnotions site. Go into the Community sites, and click on Sideware. This will take you to the Sideware Investor Community website. It will give everything you could ever ask for in terms of information about Sideware. Once you've finished going through the news releases and other goodies, why don't you go back to the Hotnotions main page and click on "Download Software"? The download takes about 5 minutes, and once you're finished, you can join in with the rest of the Sideware gang. The software is a real-time concurrent chat application, which allows users to post information on sticky notes and alert each other in real time. Once you've tried it, you will get a rough idea of what is meant by concurrency(Sideware has the patent). We're a fairly friendly crew, so feel free to ask any questions. If you decide to join, PM me here and I'll give you my Hotnotion userID. Then you can find me, and I'll be happy to show you around. Hope this helps, Tim.
