Interesting note from the 14-A making me think that OTC:BB is in the works as well as Nasdaq appeal.

NOTE: The Company was listed on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market until November 24, 1998, when the Common Stock was delisted from the SmallCap Market. The Company's Common Stock is currently traded on the NASDAQ (OTC: _____). The Company is appealing the delisting and, pending such appeal, is continuing to comply with the broadened NASDAQ corporate governance policies effective in February 1998. Therefore, Proposals II, III and IV with respect to the issuance of Common Stock are being submitted to you to comply with those requirements.

PT, I knew that you couldn't respond with a reasoned, rational argument centering on the business model.

I felt that wlcnyc asked his question with respect - that he really wanted to know how I felt about the business model - and I answered him with respect - keeping my comments strictly to that subject.

It's my honest opinion, whether you agree with it or not. And you are welcome to disagree. But I wish you were capable of disagreeing with the same degree of respect.

You diminish your argument significantly by engaging in personal attack. You leave the impression that you feel the only way to win your argument is to attack the messenger.
