Phil, I noted below two of your comments, and ask questions.

There's big potential in the talk between MGR and MAC/TD Bank.
Now is best time for MGR to get a deal for all or a part of MAC's 51%.

Question: I remember months ago reading a post here that the
management of the Mongolia mine might not become the responsibility
of MGR. Seemed to receive a favorable response on this thread.

But if it was possible for Dave to get a settlement that gave MGR
that 51% part, then would MGR own all the mine ? Seems like a good
thing, but nothing is for free, so if happened, what would MGR have
to do or use as payment ? Maby a percentage of future profits ?

With gold at current low, this is the best time for MGR to negotiate.
Gold of US$320 and biggies as IPJ might start to talk to the TD Bank.

Question: I don't know what IPJ is, but probably a big mine company
or a company with big money able to buy things. If happens its seems
that just so long that MGR is still holding its 49% then for MGR there
will be less of possible profits but also the ability to obtain money
for the mine will be easier if the IPJ has a lot.

I wonder if Dave has help thru MGR to understand all these business
and legal possibilities.
