Thanks David...this may help. I thought we might be dead in the water till March other than UBB which I still think will be bought very soon. Needed some good news...the last week or so really put me back in the dumpers. I have maintained Brazil will get through their problems. I may start buying again Monday. Previous experience certainly dictates that when sentiment seems to be at it's worst is the time to buy. Are we there? I guess only the next 60 days or so will tell. My favorites are still about the same...TNE, UBB tied for first, TSP second, TCP and EMT third. I suppose with TNE at 12 and UBB at 14.5 there's not much lost buying now. Maybe I'll take another look at Telemig Cellular, but I could swear this was on most folks sell lists. Sounds like Harris Associates may have a slightly biased outlook.

Only thing that's a little odd about this article is it seemed current based on the mortorium, yet when recently was UBB at 15 11/16.

Thanks again for the article...may have been late tonight or tomorrow before I went looking in that I didn't expect to find anything but negative news.
