Steve, I have gone back over the July 22 new release, and it does lead one to believe Cottonwood is in fact a subsidiary of ARET. This being the case, the construction of homes at the Oasis site would generate a considerable revenue stream for cash poor ARET. Has anyone tried to contact Delmar recently?? I have only called Dustan as most calls have dealt with FAMC questions. I also understood they have made Dustan the (un)official investors relations department. I will attempt to call Delmar Monday to clarify the ARET-Cottonwood relationship, I hope he will clear up any confusion I have. Thanks for your input , John
